You have to accept that paper is versatile and imagination is the limit when it comes to these paper creations by Deepa Seker, a freelance writer by profession. One look at Deepa’s creations, it is difficult to believe that they have been crafted from paper. A self-taught artist, she enjoys being a paper crafter.
Earrings and pendants are crafted from wood free recycled paper, semi-precious stones and glass beads. Being Light weight, durable and moisture resistant it can be used frequently. She also uses vegetable dyes to make it vibrant.
It takes about three days to make a pair of earrings. Handcrafted drop earrings, loop earrings and pendants are her speciality. She describes her creations are bold and unique. It goes well with both Indo and Western wear.
